We hope that you will be completely satisfied with you unique Snood item however if for any reason you would like to return an item to us please just drop us a quick email and let us know why you are returning it. We will be happy to accept it provided it is within 10 days of the date of receipt.

Please bear in mind that if a product doesn’t fit you quite as you would like you can just pin it to the size required and return it to us. We will be more than happy to adjust it for you and send it back free of charge.
